  Our family has been satisfied customers of Advantage Airtech for many years. They maintained our old furnace and when the time came, they installed a new furnace and central air conditioning and extended the ductwork to an upstairs addition. Everyone from the company has been reliable, competent, and pleasant to work with. Last week Matt came to check the furnace and took the time to answer questions we had about the high-efficiency system now that we’ve lived with it for a while. It’s good to know a company you can count on for something as important as heat in the Canadian winter!

  I have had consistent excellent service from this company for the past several years which have included furnace and a/c replacement, annual check-ups and trouble shooting when my thermostat stopped working one year. What stands out the most though is their people. Matt who did my seasonal checkup this morning was par for the course as he was very courteous and provided quick service and helpful answers to my questions. Bravo to Matt and all your colleagues who I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the last few years!!!

  Excellent service from Josh, Ryan, Cathy and the team at this company. WE found ourselves with a dead furnace in late October and this company reviewed our options for our almost 20 year old system. No pressure sales but suggestions. We now have installed a new furnace, air conditioner, water softener and now a humidifier! Excellent service, prompt on time and even came back to review our use of the water softener! They even helped us get the energy rebates which helped offset costs! Highly recommend!

  Very prompt service. Technician was Matt. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to full detail and then some so we could understand. Explained the thermostat to the extent we fully understand how it works. I'd highly recommend Advantage Airtech. We have been customers since 2004. We had a new furnace and a/c installed in the summer and again very highly recommended technicians. Love this company ????

  Your service technician Mark did the annual inspection on my gas furnace a few days ago. It had not been done for 2 or 3 years.
  I was with him the entire time - he was extremely thorough and is very experienced and competent. He did a thorough cleaning and did a minor repair in addition to all the other checklist items. He found a problem that could have led to a major repair or early replacement of the furnace and as a result he is arranging for replacement of a couple of parts. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. I rate him at 5 out of 5.
