This was very helpful since it is my work computer. I would 100% recommend. Very nice person and quality work. He genuinely cares about the customer!

(February 18, 2022, 11:58 pm)I broke my laptop for the second time and had no hesitation going back to Jay for the repair. Again, a quick repair with amazing customer service. It took one day for him to get the part in and one day to fix, so I was only without my laptop for 2 days total. He is very understanding and goes the extra mile for his customers. I will recommend him again and again and will always be going back to him with any repairs!
