While any 'labourer' can do the hard work, I was most appreciative of the service level, and Hank's understanding of horticulture and his care to make recommendations based on weather/climate, long-term self-maintenance, and efficiency. They clearly know their product, but they live through customer service! Thumbs up. We'll connect again no doubt.
