(January 28, 2020, 6:11 am)Not bad for a builder but they are smaller and local so they take a bit more pride than most I think. We had a pretty good experience with them but some of our neighbours didn’t feel the same. There were a few minor issues after we moved in but they were pretty good at resolving most of them. I hope they eventually finish phase 3 or at least turn the street lights off until construction starts up again, there is currently no access to the site.
