(August 13, 2020, 1:02 am)I am very happy with the service. I called a week before needed a bin & talked to the dispatcher, after I explained what I was doing she recommended a type of bin and size. She also described some of the challenges I might run into on my job. That really helped. I booked the bin on the initial contact & told her I'd need it in 10 days before 9 in the morning, although I'd be on the job at 8. Without a follow up call they were there at the appointed day at 8:15. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and punctual! I will definitely call them next time.

They helped me out of a tight situation on a very tight timeline (no fault of theirs - my own doing!) and went above and beyond to assist. Daniella and the other assistant (I'm sorry - I didn't write down the other woman's name), are so polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. They are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. If I ever need a bin again, it will be from them!

(August 16, 2018, 9:57 am)Very happy with the service of this company. Very quick drop off, switch and pick up. Nelson was helpful on the phone and the drivers were polite and courteous. I ordered 2 20yard bins and filled them to the top. They had absolutely no problems picking it up with their hook lift trucks. Didn't even leave a mark on my driveway.
