I have called or texted in all hours of the day, even super late at night, and he always answers promptly and deals with things fast and efficiently. I am never been left waiting for him. He deals with emergencies immediately and has our office running like a smooth operating machine. Plus his rates are totally reasonable! Would highly recommend his services!

Sometimes they work on our computers remotely and sometimes they come inside the office to get things functioning properly. They always come through and sort things out, regardless of how large or small the issue is. We'd highly recommend them.

(August 13, 2019, 2:27 pm)We wanted an alternative to our "grandfathered in" support person. I contacted Full Spectrum and Steve came to see us the next day - we were used to being out off for weeks without response so this was refreshing, and we didn't get attitude :).
Steve evaluated all of our PC's, upgraded the RAM, told us which ones we should consider replacing next, and did an upgrade on our internet by suggesting a system where we doubled our download and upload speed by using two providers and if one provider fails it automatically falls over to the other - we used the cloud a lot so this was important. It's refreshing to have friendly service when you need it.
