As a first-time customer, I had an annual inspection performed by Harex and it could not have gone better. The company employees that I dealt with (Kirk, Alex, Alanna) have been very pleasant, professional, helpful, accommodating and just super easy to deal with. Throughout the whole experience it never felt like I was dealing with a faceless company… there always was that “people/personal touch” that you don’t always get. The whole process has been a smooth, effortless, great experience. Definitely a repeat costumer here…
