Even if they don't know how to help they will keep looking and get back to you. The staff is knowledgable and they provide accurate advice for your financial matters...
On one occasion I asked the teller about my business account and she wasn't sure of the answer so she promised to call me later with an answer. She called 10 minutes later with a prompt answer and a professional manner. Thank you all for the great service and keep it up!
