Within the first hour of contacting them they were able to accommodate my schedule to meet for an assessment of the situation following the May 2022 wind storm. Took the time to educate me on the damage, the cause of the damage, the strategy for removal and the options for potentially preserving the tree. Sadly the tree had to come down for liability purposes due to rot pocket that had developed leading up to the branch falling. Within a day they had returned to remove the large branch off the house as it posed the greatest threat for creating further damage, and returned a few days later to remove the rest of the tree. Extremely thorough and courteous in their preparation of the area to avoid any damage to property, and the entire removal process was extremely well done. Without hesitation I would use their services again and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an arborist!

They were the second to call back, and the only company willing to do the job due to the safety concerns regarding the tree hanging over two adjacent properties and the trunk coming out of the ground. Thank you again.
