(July 10, 2021, 11:45 am)The Staff is out in the community Helping those in need This is esential to keeping eveyone in the Oshawa area safe Thank you I have been a client for over 10 years Staff and Doctors are always helpful and pleasant They have many facilities here including daycare Ample parking Wheelchair accessibility This is not just a doctor's office it is a community health center Best in Durham Region

(June 9, 2021, 4:56 pm).If there was one word to describe my treatment here it would be * abandoned * one of my appointments was cancelled without asking me or notifying me. Updated may 5 2021 * . asked the current physician if they would be able to care for me untill i am able to see a new physician . Instead i am able to get a nurse practitioner. i was told the process would be fairly quick. I felt like dr c** didn't care about me during intake or my concerns. There is no compromise, beggars can't be choosers. What a lame situation. Couldn't even get a blood test even when i mentioned i needed one * these people really top it off* i will never smile ever again
Update
Dr c gets zero stars because he didnt care about my health and gave zero effort .the only effort i received from him was how quickly he called me to cancel appointment and abandoned me. Reception gets ☆☆☆☆☆especially dev for guiding me thru a New family doctor to tend to my health, hopfully things are better nows
