(January 24, 2020, 4:13 pm)If I could give more stars I would. 5++. Jason Abbott is a great realtor. He gathers all the info he needs to narrow down house hunting search to make it more productive for the buyer. He always seems readily available through text, phone calls and emails. If he is on vacation, he has someone to fill his spot that is just as reliable as him. I would recommend Jason to anyone who is buying or selling. He is professional, friendly and works hard for his clients.

He also provided great advice in the sale of the house we were leaving and negotiated a great price on our behalf. I highly recommend Jason as an agent and will use him again.

He went above and beyond my expectations to explain the process of selling my home and planning a long distance move. I was impressed by his knowledge of the market trends, his staging tips, and his focus during the negotiations. It was sure fun to pose for the picture in front of the “Sold” sign! Thank you, Jason. (January 9, 2020, 7:32 pm)We used Jason to buy our first home. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find what we were looking for. He took us to see a ton of houses and was able to put an offer in on the house we ended up buying at the drop of a hat. (We decided last minute to put in an offer and he made it happen!) We purchased our house when the market was quite hot, the sellers held offers for a week and there were multiple offers on the house. Jason was able to go in personally and present our offer to the sellers and their agent. They accepted our offer and I believe that Jason going in and making our case was what got us the house! He also was the agent for the sale of my parents and grandmother's properties and they were extremely happy with his work as well. When the time comes to move into a bigger house, Jason will definitely be our first call! Thank you Jason!
