(April 24, 2021, 12:12 pm)The staff is lovely so this is no reflection on them whatsoever. The experience during the sleep study was also very good. The 4 out of 5 is about the lack of responsiveness after our study. We were given an appointment one week ago for results and we never got a call. When I finally got a hold to the receptionist she informed me the doctor got a busy signal and didn’t follow up.

(June 26, 2020, 7:03 pm)I don't understand the bad reviews. Everyone here has been nothing but friendly and helpful both over the phone and in-person. The room I slept in for my sleep study was clean and comfortable, the lady who monitored my sleep was very nice. Dr. Sharma explained all my options to me and made everything easy to understand.

(December 9, 2019, 10:24 pm)I found Dr. Sharma to be extremely kind and understanding. He took his time to explain things to me. The gentleman who looked after me, Naveed I believe, during my overnight was also amazing. Never had any appointments cancelled or even rescheduled. I’ve done two overnights there and follow up appointments with zero issues. I’d rate the clinic a 5 but I’m not a fan of the area it’s located and felt slightly nervous going in and out in the dark. I’m a chicken though so I’m sure others would be fine! Thanks!
