Right of the bat they asked for a model number and diagnosed the problem I had simply by me saying the door won't close. Every other company I called gave their diagnostic fee's and then would take a look. North Durham showed their expertise before even sending a tech. Their fees given for parts and service were both affordable compared to other repair shops. Would highly recommend North Durham Appliance.

They diagnosed my issue with a washing machine where the front door would not open, & it was fixed quickly by a great technician, Chris.
My stove had an issue due to a power surge, right before selling. Kevin diagnosed the problem, let me know the part was discontinued & told me a new part of they could locate one would be more costly than a new stove. Great info as I just needed a working stove for the sale of my house at the time. Saved me time, effort & money.
Kevin installed a water line on my new fridge & took all safety precautions during Covid. The work was done with ease, promptness & excellent service. I will always use this local business & will 100% refer my clients, family, friends, neighbours & colleagues to this company. They treat their customers like family & friends. They appreciate their customers & it shows in their work. Thank you for every experience I have had. You are very professional & it is a pleasure working with your company. Keep up the great work! -
