Needed my glasses fixed and we dealt with Vijay at Walmart Optical. This was our first time and Vijay was so professional , took the time to explain what needed done and was so kind. He was such a pleasure to deal with the whole family will be returning for Vijay to help us all get fitted for new glasses. Vijay has definitely made us a new customer for our vision needs because of how he dealt with my husband and I.

Looking to get feedback on the style of some glasses she chose, my wife brought me to the Walmart Vision Center in Bowmanville. She was immediately greeted by Vijay, who remembered her from days earlier. Not only did Vijay remember her but also the styles she chose and within seconds had them out for her to show me. Vijay helped ensure the glasses were right for her discussing everything right down to the colour of the clothes she wore most. He then worked to get the costs down as much as he could.
