I have recently started his nutritional program and not only am I seeing great weight loss results, but I feel fantastic. Experiencing more energy, better sleep and motivated to keep going. Jake isn’t your typical personal trainer; he values my time and supports me in my journey. We celebrate the wins and work together to make new goals.
I am lucky to have found a trainer who listens to what I have to say and provides me feedback in a way that doesn’t make me feel bad.

I have been a client if Jake’s for over 6 years now. His knowledge of nutrition has helped me achieve and maintain weight loss goals I have set for myself over the years. The meals are easy and delicious.
His personal training covers functional patterns and Muay Thai both have helped make my body the strongest it has ever been.
I used to have chronic back issues and this combination of healthy eating habits and exercise that is right for me has been life changing!
