Fast and friendly service and fast internet. They reply right back to us if we have a question and fast service to repair any problems. They send emails about any issues and keep us updated when any work is being done to their network. I highly recommend them.

We have been with Oak Ridges Internet for a couple of years. A few weeks ago Chad called to say he noticed our signal wasn't as good as it should be. He sent a tech out the same day who redirected our dish to a different tower. He said our signal improved by 30%. I am definitely impressed with the customer service!
Chad from oak ridges internet is amazing.... love the fact that if he there is an outage or if there is work being done to the server we are alerted by email. Also any questions we have he is always there to answer... this is the best rural internet provider in clarington. Highly recommend using them if they are available to you..
