I purchased a used commercial hoist that was being removed from the facility of one of Vertical Systems customers. Vertical systems made a commitment to us that they would install it at my location for a very fair price. The hoist was an older design and presented a number of challenges to Dan and his technicians during installation which caused required them to spend a LOT more time setting it up then they expected. They continued to support us during this process and the end product and the installation were excellent and continue to work well. If anyone is looking for a used or a new hoist I highly recommend Dan and his technicians at vertical systems to get the job done for you.
