  Lovely people, lovely store, great service, great experiences here. Had lots of jewellery sized, repaired and purchased lots. Moved to Quinte West but still come back regarding jewellery. Will go to Newcastle location after your May 31 move.

  I brought seven items to be repaired. The owners were very attentive and I felt at ease leaving my treasures with them. They stayed in contact and updated me on timelines and price. The work was good and the price was more than fair.

  Was a customer for the years when we lived in Durham region. Still pop in when we visit Bowmanville Mall on a regular basis. Have had watches fixed & purchased gifts for friends & relatives. Excellent friendly service. Reasonable prices. Always find something a little extra special. Would highly recommend Gold Reflections.

  I love the selection they have here! The prices are very reasonable and you can find really good gifts! The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

  My parents were clients of Gold Reflections over the years and now so am I.
  I have been in many times to have repairs done on my mother's jewellery and have always received great service from staff and the owners.
  I have been impressed many times with the speed with which repairs are completed and the high standard of the finished product. Pride in their store and their work is very evident.
  Every business says that they have good customer service but that is not always the case. At Gold Reflections the service comes from the heart with true care for their clients.
