  After an unfortunate accident left me in need of a new vehicle, I came to Clarington Nissan and was expecting the same experience as 3 years earlier. This however was not the case, the salesman who helped us right from the beginning was phenomenal and made this an amazing experience (I would give more stars if I could, as Mike Sarrazin was very thorough and did everything in his power to get me the best deal on the car I wanted). The commercial of new management, new attitude was on full display! Great work by the new Clarington Nissan!

  The service department has been nothing but good to me. Highly recommend. They always do their best to fit you in when you need it. The oil changes are quick and they have never tried to sell me repairs or maintenance that wasn't needed. If something takes longer or they are busy they are straight up about it and you can use their shuttle to be dropped off and picked up.
  I am actually purchasing a different brand for a new car and I am pretty bummed that I wont be able to come back for service.

  My wife and I visited the dealership this weekend as we are in the need of a new SUV. Although some of the past reviews were not all positive, the dealership is close to our home, we thought we would give them a shot. Let me say, we were pleasantly surprised. The dealership was by far the best one (of 5) that we visited over the weekend. The sales staff was super knowledgable and actually listened to and answered all of our many questions. We met Dylan, the new sales manager, and he showed us some very competitive payment options.
  
  I guess the dealership is under new ownership and management. It was very refreshing to go into a car dealership where people were so eager to help and have such a positive attitude.
  
  Our decision was not made on the spot to buy, but Clarington Nissan is definitely at the top of our list if we do decide on the Nissan Rogue. BTW...My wife HATES car shopping and was so happy when we left this dealership, she made me write this review.
