(February 27, 2023, 2:01 pm)Had purchased a rucksack from the Oshawa branch some months ago, unfortunately the bag had begun to fail and I had lost the receipt. NO PROBLEM! I was able to exchange with a comparable rucksack. No hassle or argument, and was even given options for the replacement within the floor price of the bag. I would recommend Mountain Warehouse to any looking for reasonable bags with a great warranty

I recently placed an order online which contained sandals and a pair of winter boots which are for Christmas presents. BOTH PAIRS came unboxed and in a clear plastic bag, looked like I picked them up from a discount shop or something.... so please be aware that some of your shoes you order online may not come in boxes especially if they're for gifts!
I did call customer service and they said I make a good point, but they can't do anything for me and the stores can't give me boxes but they will be sure to mention it to management 😒 -
