(September 6, 2022, 7:00 pm)Recently we purchased 2 three piece sets of luggage from the Bentley store in Oshawa. The staff was very courteous and especially Shamela. We placed the order and she offered to have all six pieces delivered to our house which was very convenient for us. Unfortunately there was a mixup with two of the pieces and Canada Post could not deliver them even though the order was placed correctly and we had email confirmations showing all pieces were confirmed. This is where the unbelievable customer service came in! Shamela who is the store manager, jumped right in with a series of emails and phone calls and constant updates to us until it was resolved. Her level of customer service was beyond what I have seen in years. She was intent on making everything absolutely right and to get the situation corrected and today we received our other two pieces of luggage. What started as a mixup in shipment and delivery ended with us feeling forever loyal to this store. Thank you Shamela!!!
