For all levels, they make you feel welcome and the experience fantastic. I recommend this location to anyone who is thinking of trying for the first time or already experienced and wants to learn more.

I was heavier and wasn't pushed passed my personal limits and since have dropped 35 pounds in a healthy time frame. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF AT TAYLOR JIU-JITSU

The club is a safe space for everyone and a great environment to learn some self defense, increase your self confidence, get in an amazing workout while having fun, and to meet and make new friends.
Come try a class and you won't be sorry. Bring your kids, your spouse, your friends, your neighbours and YOURSELF!
I started as an adult in my 30s and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I have found a home and made friends for life! -

I've loved all the years I've spent training and would do it all over again.
