Everyone there is incredibly nice, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. New Dawn Medical showed me that after all my failed attempts with other doctors and therapists over the years, there's no other place I will go again. Thank you to everyone for helping me take back control of my life!

Her name is Emilia and she is hands down the best secretary that place has ever had and now they are at a great loss without her
My fiancé use to come there as he was part of the methadone program and she went above and beyond for him to help him to encourage him and to just be the friendly smile he needed. She was an angel to him and to many at that clinic and now that she is gone My fiancé will no longer be attending the clinic. I do not believe they could possibly find someone more competent to replace her!! She will be greatly missed by my fiancé and I!!

(September 27, 2022, 6:04 am)- Honestly, the BEST thing about this clinic is Emilia. She is so kind and warmhearted and she is never rude to single person.
She makes you feel cared for and when you're feeling down and want to give up reminds you that you're on the right path and to continue
There have been many many others working at the front but no one that can do what she does.
You can see the amount of care and heart that she puts into her work and i hope that everyone recognizes what an asset she is to this company.
The man that worked before her and fills in for her sometimes is standoffish and rude - those are the days i walk in disappointed when hes there.
Ajeesh the pharmacist is wonderful too.
But i think if it wasnt for Emilia - i would have given up along time ago.
