He is extremely meticulous in his attention to detail and explains all that he is doing. I find him to be very efficient, knowledgeable and respectful in his interaction with the client. (July 18, 2019, 7:16 pm)Mike T came yesterday to do the servicing of my furnaces and heat pumps. I was out, and left the front door open with a note informing him of the dog’s name among other things. Unfortunately, the dog yapped at him for an hour, until I got home. Thanks, Mike, for soldiering on and getting the job done. I highly recommend Link and their service plan.......and of course, Mike.
