We stumbled across The Sip during our stay in Prince Edward County, and what an amazing find! Extraordinary and warm service, delicious cocktails and a cheese board that will delight even the finest connoisseurs. A gem to absolutely discover if you are in the County.

(August 26, 2023, 6:21 pm)A visit here is a must if you are enjoying time in Wellington! A beautiful wine bar with a cozy, cool vibe. The wine selection is lovely and the staff are helpful and friendly with awesome suggestions. The quality of ingredients in the charcuterie we enjoyed are top notch. Highly recommend an afternoon drink, or after dinner as this is open later than most restaurants! You should go!!

Highly recommend stopping for a quick drink and snack but wished we would have stayed for dinner too. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable.
