They always come when they say they will (kind of a rarity in this neck of the woods!) and are really good at communicating what needs to be done. Always professional. They seem honest and fair and reasonably priced. A couple months ago I called to say I was not happy with a decision I had made with some of the lights we had installed and Joel went out of his way on his own time to do some research to help find what I wanted. I'm totally impressed.

Joel was fast to respond, showed up right on time, and finished the job very quickly. He even brought with him matching brass screws to secure the ceiling canopy. Joel is a consummate professional who we trust and would hire for all our electrical work.
