(August 20, 2022, 12:47 am)Really enjoyed our stay in these super clean, well maintained cottages! Location was perfect, close to everything! Kids are 9&12 and the location was perfect for them, kayaking, swimming in the pool, hunting for frogs and close to sandbanks beach too!

(August 10, 2022, 12:32 am)This place was awesome. The cabins were perfect for a family of 4. The grounds were great. Everything was clean and we had excellent access to the pool and the kayaks etc. We even kayaked down the water for ice cream. Only downside is that the beach is not swimmable with the amount of weeds.

(July 22, 2022, 1:36 pm)Great modern cottages! Perfect for our Family Reunion of 38! Very clean,well equipped. Noelene is a Super host! Kids loved the Zip line and play area! Pool was lovely and warm. Would definitely go back in a heart beat.

(July 4, 2022, 3:07 pm)We enjoyed our stay here, very green, refreshing, good for family vacation, enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, swimming in the heated pool and the lake in front of the cottage. The owners are very friendly, kind and responsible, she came and check and replaced right away after we informed her the problem. Lots of outdoor activities for kids. Will definitely go back again next year. I will recommend this place to everybody.

(January 20, 2022, 8:15 pm)My family and I spent 2 beautiful nights at this waterfront resort. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location is phenomenal with views of the river and bluff. We even went on a kayaking trip along the river to get ice cream! The rooms are super comfortable and the amenities are great. Our boys absolutely loved the bunk beds! We loved that we had our own bonfire pit, and that our cottage was near the pool. We have already booked a week for next year! I would highly recommend Black River Cottages to anyone looking to stay in PEC.
