(June 13, 2023, 8:03 pm)We had a wonderful experience with Winstead Dogs. Janice is warm and welcoming. She is also very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to train our energetic one year old goldendoodle. I love my little Willow and I don't trust her with just anyone. Within the first few minutes of meeting Janice, I knew Willow was in good hands and she would be well taken care of. We will definitely board Willow here next year when we visit PEC again!

(November 26, 2022, 6:03 am)Firstly I would like to say thank you Ken for the very worthwhile Session, Charlie Girl and I had with you Nov.11th.
Janice, I appreciated the time you took with me discussing my pup’s behaviour and challenges prior our visit.
Ken, I can truly see dog training now in a totally different light.
You have shown me how my dog perceives different scenarios and why she reacts like she does.
It is very evident that you have a great sense of how a dog thinks, with years of experience.
I came away knowing that I have to show more love to my dog with the two pats on left shoulder when she obeys all the while, SMILING. She is respecting me more and listening better.
It is working, without the treats.
The straddle-hold is a very good technique and used it when she was about to go after the neighbour’s kitten.
I found most of what you had to impart, very fascinating and useful information for future personal ongoing training of my dog.

(October 30, 2021, 7:55 pm)Ken was so knowledgeable and informative!! I walked away from my one on one class thrilled to go home and start properly training my pup. It was a lot of information and when I called the next day, Ken took the time to explain everything again so I had the chance to right it down. He answered all my questions, took the time to listen to my problems and teach me a way to correct them.
Janice his wife even spent a lengthy amount of time with me on the phone prior to the training just listening to the issues I was having and explained everything!
Highly recommend Ken and Winstead Dogs, he has such a special way with them!
