Fancie's PEC

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this hidden gem for our weekend away in PEC and it far exceeded our expectations. From the warm welcome upon arrival, to the beautifully decorated rooms, and super functional shared spaces. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your stay and are available on demand! Our 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed and very much appreciated the shared bathroom that joins them. We got to enjoy breakfast in the screened in porch and watch the sunset on the dock. Truly therapeutic. Already looking forward to the next time!

Kerry and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. They were warm, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. We cannot wait to return and make more cherished memories in this piece of paradise.

Our stay at Fancie’s Prince Edward County was nothing short of spectacular. Our room was amazing with a large king size bed and charming seating area, and was well equipped with a coffee machine, mini fridge, and a brand new washroom. The view from the room and all common areas of the building was the cherry on top as it was stunning and expansive. The hosts Kerry and Ryan were extremely helpful leading up to and during our stay, making sure every need was met by going above and beyond. The recommendations they provided for dining were great and all within a short drive. We particularly enjoyed Hartley’s Tavern, The Royal Hotel and Creekside Cafe. As well, given the fantastic and central location of our stay, our wine tour was able to pick us up and drop us off directly with no extra cost. If you are looking for a private, unique, and beautiful place to stay in Prince Edward County I would absolutely recommend Fancie’s. Thank you Kerry and Ryan for a wonderful weekend!

We got to the property and the minute we walked in, I was amazed at the decor, the designs, the colors, it was all FABULOUS. we hosted my best friends baby shower there and everyone had the most wonderful time, it was perfect for the event and every one of us spent time walking around and enjoying the little details and thoughtful combinations. It honestly felt like a high end vintage hotel ! The beds were SUPER comfortable, the dock was my favorite place under the willow tree. It's a picture perfect location and home. Would love to book again!!!!!

It's such an amazing and unique spot! This property is simply one of a kind and one of the best stays in PEC. Kerry and Ryan graciously allowed me to host my baby shower as a weekend event with my friends and family. Everyone swooned over the eclectic design and amazing layout. They have the best design taste! The waterfront is gorgeous with so much privacy.
