The men who moved my belongings from Belleville to Picton were very hard workers. pleasant, helpful and they deserve recognition. However, I ended up being charged twice what I was quoted, no doubt because I was only asked to describe the things I had, while no one came to my home in person to check it out. I informed the owner when booking that my contents consisted of minimal furniture and many boxes along with an electric piano requiring disassembly and reassembly of the legs and pedals. Mainly as a result of the piano, these 3 men had to do two runs in order to get the move done in a small temporary /rented van. It took them the whole day-- and it is my understanding -- with no lunch. Sorry, not impressed with the price hike. Ultimately, it seems to me, the company owner is responsible for not confirming the situation in person!
They arrived at the posted time. They were very careful moving our furniture and very polite. We were very pleased with the service that we received. One mover went out of his way to move a big plant to our van and was very careful and even unloaded it when we got to our destination. I would recommend Bay of Quinte Movers 100%.

James and his team were extremely efficient and professional. there were four floors and many stairs and many heavy boxes. they helped packing artwork and took furniture apart and reassembled it in my new home. l would highly recommend Bay of Quinte movers excellent service and value. L Thompson
