(November 26, 2020, 8:35 pm)On November 18th, 2020, I greeted two Fernand Denis employees. They had to remove a defective water heater and replace it with a brand new propane heated one. One of the technicians, Will, was amazing. I sat for hours watching them do their work. Soddering had to be done, new outside venting, water lines cut and replaced, etc and Will never slowed down for close to four hours. Meticulous, attentive to details, safety conscious, orderly, clean with the worksite ... I could keep going on. I have rarely seen an employee work so diligently. Fernand Denis should be proud and happy to have him as part of their team. By the way, that new water heater is a marvel. Thank you Will.

(October 2, 2020, 11:44 pm)Alex and Dion were awesome, punctual and made sure any questions I had about my new furnace and AC were answered. They also were both very good about ensuring my escape artist cats didn't sneak out when enetering/exiting.

(September 11, 2020, 7:31 pm)Daniel was amazing. He came the same day I called for quote, and scheduled install a week after that. Service was excellent, and the HVAC techs that completed the installation were polite and professional. Highly recommended.
