Last April, London Eco -Metal installed a roof in my house. I am pleased with the whole process and final product. We visited their shop facility in Vars, where we had the opportunity to check their line of products. It was very helpful in selecting the material (design) and color we wanted for our roof. The sales rep (Peter) was great. He did a good job presenting the product, answering questions and concerns we had in a prompt manner scheduling and organizing the installation and inspecting the work after it was completed. The work started about 2 weeks after we signed the contract. It took 3 days to complete the installation. All went smooth, no hiccups, no delays. Installers were polite and did a good job with the post-installation cleanup. So far we have not had any issues with the new roof and the house looks great. I recommend this product and company.

Great company! Great service! Excellent job! The salesperson was very nice, friendly and explained everything in great detail. The team of installers were polite, friendly, professional, on time, hard workers and finished the job in two days. First day for the strapping and the second day for the metal. The poor guys finished the job in pouring rain and they did an excellent job. We are very happy with our choice of material and color!

Our roof was installed just before Christmas 2018 and so we didn't really see the full picture until the snow melted. We are very pleased with the overall appearance, the quality of the product and the quality of the work.
This spring we did have a concern about a small item and the company had a man visit us the next morning to resolve the issue. Very impressive customer care.

I purchased a house in 2018 that needed a roof. After checking left and right I realized that a proper roof, made with long-lasting shingles, is not as cheap as one might think. I called London Eco-Metal (one among other 3 companies) and their offer was just 30% more than a really good traditional shingles roof and at least 20-25% less than their competition in metal roofing. As the roof carries a +50 years warranty, I went for it.
They have good sales people and the quality and choice of colours is really spectacular. They also have very attractive financing offers - either a low-interest loan, spread over a few years or a higher interest, with 6-month deferred (this is the one I chose as I intend to pay it all in full).
Now, they have lots of orders and I had to wait about 3 months to getting the roof - I called and pressured them 2-3 times. But they actually came and made my roof at the beginning of December - yes, they work even during the winter. It only took 2 days and they did a good job. Then, to sign off, they sent me pictures of the job (so I did not have to get on the roof to check it out myself). Everything was done just fine: including snow-guards (which is a good idea to install, as to prevent show from dropping when the weather warns up). I received the warranty about 2 1/2 months after the roof was done.
All in all it was a good experience. I simply wish that they would control better the customer expectations, come faster - but this is not a singular problem, many other roofing companies are having troubles starting the job at the promised time.

All dates were respected (start date, completed date) and we are definitely happy with the product. It's been five months since the work is completed and we had no leaks or surprise during the winter and early spring when is snow is actually melting. Roofers were very polite and took the time to answer all the questions/concerns we had.
