(March 18, 2019, 8:08 pm)We recently needed to have our furnace replaced when I was out-of-province and we were very impressed with the speed in which service was provided, the amount of time taken to explain our options and their recommendations, and the office professionals’ and installers’ professionalism. The flexibility to pay upon my return was also a bonus.

(January 12, 2019, 12:03 am)Just had Pierre and an apprentice out to install a new furnace. These guys were 100% professional. They did EXTREMELY clean and high quality work and even took away an old water softener that was taking up space near the furnace. This is the second time I have dealt with Bertrand and I have been very impressed both times. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call for plumbing and heating needs.

They answered all my questions in a timely manner, billing was simple and friendly. I trust they will be there when I need them in the years to come.
