Tim Hortons

Just came out of drive thru. Ordered coffee and 2 tim breakfast sandwiches ar 2 for 5 $ . Wanted on biscuit, no biscuit. Ok no problem. They asked if I wanted muffin or croissant. I said croissant. They gave me muffin anyway. WHY ASK . Annoying.

Sometimes the drinks are wrong but usually very good. The staff is great, the only thing I would change is them saying "anything else" or "is that all" after I say one drink in the order, and they continue to do it after every drink. I would maybe pause and give the customer time to finish the order before you start asking if that's all.

Good place. Some of the customers aren't the best character and have caused trouble. However, the service is good and so is the food. Nice looking and comfortable

Tim Hortons is a staple and is usually a solid four out of five stars. Not perfect but very good. Not much needs to be said about it. However this franchise loses one star for the somewhat mediocre taste of their wedges. And they lose another star for a lack of consistency for the taste of the coffee. They don't taste identical day-to-day like McDonald's does. However, they get an extra star for their new reward program. So two stars knocked off out of four for this particular franchise but add one for the reward program. A solid three out of five which is good but not great.
