(September 24, 2019, 10:52 pm)I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. I chose the arrangement from a catalogue at the funeral home and wrote the item number down. When I called to order the flowers I could have picked one of three sizes. Odette was very nice, understanding and very helpful. It’s hard to pick something from a catalogue without actually seeing the size of the arrangement. My worry was that I would be getting an arrangement that would be way too small. She assured me that I would be very satisfied with the “standard” arrangement. When I walked into the funeral home, I was blown away. It was huge and absolutely beautiful. Casselman Florist didn’t disappoint. Thank you again Odette for the great service and advice!!
