It's a nice cottage but the neighbors construction kind of ruined the peaceful atmosphere. The water is also terrible for swimming as it's saturated with weeds and felt very slimy.

Enjoyed our stay at one of the nicest rental cottages on the lake with 4 families. While the kitchen and bathroom amenities were second to none (4 of 6 bedrooms with private baths, dual digital electric oven, 2 dishwashers, nice BBQ) the cleaning service could be improved for the cost of the cottage. Old dusty cob webs with sandy floors when we arrived. Property is great with plenty of space for outdoor games (volleyball, badminton, or bocce) or indoor games (billiard table, foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, or board game fav's) to keep busy. The only disappointing feature was there was no canoes as noted in the ad, only 2 single kayaks - so most adults didn't get to enjoy the water by the cottage. The shallow entry water was OK at one side of the doc where beach sand covered the bottom muck, but unless you swim far out from shore you are sure to 'enjoy' the weeds and soft mush squishing between your toes. We will likely book again, but bring our own watercraft to enjoy fishing with the family or long canoe rides around the lake. After all, Sandy Beach is only a 15min bike ride away if that's what you are looking for.

Couldn't expect more. The property was well maintained, docks were in good shape and sturdy. Owners are lovely.

Spent a long weekend fishing with the some buddies. We had lots of laughs, caught some awesome fish, and had an all around great time!

Great fishing right off the dock, a shack set up to clean your catch and a fire pit and BBQ to cook it on. There's also a stove or microwave inside for any other cooking. My boys have been swimming for hours and having a lot of fun. There's an anchored raft to jump on and a bunch of toys to play with. Town isn't far if you've forgotten anything
