When I visited Shop the Lake the search ended with Ratana and Cabana Coast furnishings, making our special place even more so! The selection and options available at Shop The Lake were outstanding! What really brings us into the store are not only the fine lines you carry, but the excellent, personal and tasteful service provided by Denise Gator. When we need quality patio items, it's always "Let's go see Denise"!
As Manager and Consultant, Denise is both competent and knowledgeable. The furniture stock is of excellent quality, but it's the ease of shopping with Denise personally, and having her expert advice, that bring us into the store.
I also have to mention two of your delivery people: Sean and Camden. Both take the utmost care in making their delivery. They not only delivered our furniture, but treated us, our purchases and our property with the greatest of respect. Sean especially, exhibited a wealth of experience in how to set things up so that they were placed best and looked best. Even more, their demeanours were kind, patient and gentlemanly. They concluded the sale started at Shop the Lake with great finesse and made us, the customers, want to return to Shop the Lake again.
My wife and I are so pleased that you have Denise Gator, Sean and Camden at your store. They do your store and the Peterborough business community proud, setting high standards for how customer service should be carried out. Our compliments on your personnel!

(August 19, 2021, 4:05 pm)Top notch service! From order to delivery Danielle, Sean and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. The Cabana Coast furniture and umbrella we purchased are excellent quality and beautiful additions to our beloved cottage. Highly recommend.
