The equipment has been fantastic and all of our water issues were immediately resolved. The system has been installed for over one year and I have been very impressed! I highly recommend the team at Pioneer Water Conditioning and the Kinetico brand. A superior system of products designed to work properly. Vastly superior to what was installed by another company/brand. Very much appreciated, and I do recommend to friends and family.

The water conditions at the lake change seasonally and over time in general so the water tests they did initially were accurate. Customer service goes a long way and theirs is top notch. They have made every effort to come on location when we've had any concerns or questions. Still a pain to have to upgrade the system to solve some of the problems popping up but they're good people and are working with us.
