(July 30, 2020, 10:38 am)There’s good and bad! We’ve owned a tub for 12 years and when it was time to replace it we visited the hot tub people at a show in Peterborough. The sales guys was awesome and we got a great deal on our new tub! The tub itself does have some issues... the white trim is extremely hard to keep clean and The speaker system works for about 5 months then randomly quits. This was covered by warranty and the service tech was here and gone in less then an hour. This is what sucks; the service people at the store are terrible for communication. We had a bill for service To replace the speakers sent to my wife’s email (not sure how they even got it) then I had emailed them to resend the invoice to me. No response. Then a month later had an additional invoice sent to my wife again. So I repeated the process from the correct email again. Still no response. Not sure what’s going on over there. And to top it off the speakers on the tub have stopped working again. Guess I’ll just fix it myself this time.

(May 8, 2020, 3:16 pm)The guys who bring the tub made me rethink this review. They were 100% amazing!! They will go above and beyond making sure you are good. Thank you to Roy and the boys!! Fantastic!! As for the sales guys they are informative and obviously ready for the sale. Anthony provided me with the information I needed step by step. I think the covid.19 situation is difficult but the communication is not fantastic. Plus I suppose they get very busy. I will see how I feel if I need service down the road. I dislike that I have to wait for an emailed statement of purchase. A hard copy especially on a large purchase seems better. Perhaps during this time they could consider mailing a hard copy. Overall this is a good place to purchase from the deals exceed the competition.
