James in financial planning makes all the difference on this review, he was super patient, helpful and went out of his way to help me with coming up with a plan years ago, to purchasing my first home this year. If I could just review him I would as hes the best financial planner I've ever dealt with. Awesome guy who cares about the clients of scotiabank. I likely would of switched banks by now if not for him. Thanks so much James, your the best!!

The people seem knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Lots of free parking or a drive through (if you are that kind of person.)
At the end of the day it is a bank.
