Rob was referred to me by a good friend who works in the industry. It was dead of winter and the furnace gave out. Rob was quick to respond and diagnose the problem. He had my furnace back up and running within hours and made a stressful situation very easy to deal with. I have used Rob Northmore for all my furnace issues for years. I have always been impressed with his knowledge of the industry and the quality of his work. He has always been honest about what the problem is and what my options are. He helped me get as much mileage out of an older furnace as possible and when it came time to replace it I called Rob. He worked around our schedule and came on the date agreed upon. The installation of the new furnace was fantastic! It looks and runs great! When he left there was absolutely nothing for me to clean up. I will definitely call on Rob when it is time to replace my air conditioner. As far as I am concerned there is no one I would trust more to do my heating and cooling work!!

Rob has been wonderful. Called to schedule an air conditioning installation and he rearranged his personal schedule so that he could do it the following day for us. Professional, friendly service at a great price. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values his customers; he even troubled shot a furnace problem for us while he was away on vacation.
