Recommend booking an appointment. The nurse was so kind as well as the doctor I skyped with. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Definitely coming back.
Very efficient clinic. I recommend phoning ahead to book an appointment for those who don't have patience to wait for an hour. As well as for those who complain about people being seen before them, when they were there first. When initially they booked an appointment. Book an appointment if you don't have patience to wait for half an hour to an hour.
What a fantastic outlet. This is a walk-in where you can book appointments; and this is where it shines but can also be a burden during flu season for the walk-in group. I have been to multiple appointments for my wife and Kristin has been incredible to us. She is kind, understanding and gentle; and she connected us with a doctor that thinks and speaks the same. We have a very complicated set of problems instead of a common sickness, so we have always booked appointments in advance. If you can, I suggest you do, as an appointment gets priority over the walk-ins (by nature). Without the booking process we would be lost and defeated. Thank you Dr. Helen Cheung, thank you Kristin, and thank you Good Doctors team for always helping me with appointments, follow ups, and results. You are what makes the strained system a bit more bearable during the hard times.
