Especially work clothes, kids clothes, affordable housewares, groceries and even great gift ideas. They also have a terrific selection of Canada Day themed items every year. Friendly helpful staff too. Always a happy shopping experience.

(June 21, 2020, 9:21 pm)I was very glad to find Giant Tiger open for business, direct entry, no line-ups to get in. Unfortunately customers did not seem concerned about keeping and maintaining social distances despite all the markings, tape and symbols found along the floor. There was a number of sanitized shopping carts waiting inside at the entrance. The staff tried their best and were enclosed in plexiglass at the check out. Very pleasant to converse with!
