(February 9, 2021, 2:51 pm)Brought a broken screen in to FCI for repair, and was met with great news. Not only could they repair my screen for me, but they even suggested making a clone of the screen I brought in, in order to finally have a screen for my screen-less window for my other bedroom. For some reason I thought a screen comes as an irreplaceable set with a window, and so was pleasantly surprised when they said they could match it. Not only did the match it, but made one better than the original! Was happy- until I saw their European tilt and/or turn windows in their showroom... now I realize I won't be fully happy till I replace my windows completely with those beauties! Didn't know that window technology existed!!! Amazing!

(February 4, 2021, 2:35 am)Better than expected! Once this glass door replaced the original door (70 years old), our home changed from looking tired and old, to refined, fresh and new! Of all the renovations we made on our house, this was by far the most beautifying, and value-adding to our curb-appeal-resale-value. I rarely write reviews, but was too happy not to. Windows, here we come!!!

(February 4, 2021, 2:20 am)FCI is the type of company that underpromises but over performs. So refreshing to support local when the product and service is better in both price and quality than big box stores. After checking out the competition, I was pleasantly surprised to discover FCI used only quality products. Had to wait a bit for the installation due to all the COVID backlogs, but was surprised when FCI showed up well ahead of the delayed schedule, likely due to all the overtime they've been pulling to service their customers. Happy to no longer need to shop around for a trustworthy window/door provider. Thanks FCI!!

I had a number of quotes and they provided me a competitive quote , but most of all I felt comfortable investing in new windows with FCI.
I came across them through the TV Adverts - The team are great to deal with and a huge benefit that they make what they sell. Quinn Brock and Kevin and the Install team a big thank you -
