My mother went in for respite care for 5 days. It was a very pleasant experience, always well cared for and the staff were friendly & super attentive.
My mother who refused a home even said she liked it & even went on to say the food was good (she is very picky). She even requested to go back.
Lovely people serving the clients. But watch out for support services like getting a Bell line in the room. The Bell people are very poor at customer service and the admin. staff have trouble getting results from Bell people.
