They offered a fair price, quality service AND done in a timely and efficient manner. They were also super kind and sympathetic to my unexpected muffler crisis.
My muffler story (for fun);
I was passing through town and my muffler unexpectedly kicked the bucket. I found myself stuck in Peterborough on a Friday with a muffler dragging from the bottom of my car. Given my experience with car issues in the past I thought surely no one will be able to look at it that day, or possibly a week from then. However, I decided it was probably best to make the call arounds for due diligence. I didn't have any 'car contacts' in Peterborough so I decided to get good ol' google maps out to help. I happened upon Connelly's Minute Muffler. It fit all my strategic categories for car help:
1. It was relatively close to my location
2. The word Muffler was in their name (considering my very specific muffler issue, this seemed like an obvious choice
3. The name Connelly sounded familiar, and perhaps a long standing locals family name; and also, the garage looked like a relic of Peterborough's past and I figured this business must be a multigenerational mom & pop shop. Which I figure, they must be doing something right to be in business for so long
I gave them a call and was quickly disappointed (but also understanding) that they were quite booked up. I then asked for a recommendation of what to do (I also shared more details about my relative 'crisis'). The shop mechanic then shocked me with a 'grace from God' offer to try and fit me in before they close. I was stunned but also quick to say yes. I carefully puttered my little car to the shop and well, the rest is history.

(May 11, 2021, 10:04 pm)Ryan was great on the phone and knew what we were looking for right away. Looking after repairs to my daughters car in less than a day and was less expensive than what was originally quoted. Highly recommend these guys! A truly pleasant experience. Nice work boys!
