Purchasing our first home during the pandemic was not easy and we are so thankful to have Ken and Laura who made the whole process that much easier. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive and they give great advice. Laura is so sweet and always gets back promptly whenever we have any questions. She is an honest and informative agent who took the time to show us a variety of properties across a wide geographic area. Not only was Ken professional, he was incredibly knowledgeable and with us every single step of the way. We are so thankful we met Ken Barrick and his wonderful team. Furthermore, we decided to rent out our first home, and Laura Barrick was assigned to find a tenant. Laura is incredibly organized, personable and efficient, she is an asset to the team. Laura is also a wonderful judge of character, we have a great tenant that takes such great care of our rental property. Hands down this company and all of their employees are the best of the best, they deserve 6 stars!
