Great variety and cuts of meat. Light on sauce so you can better taste the smoke which is great. Can see it having a great atmosphere once Covid is behind us. Keep up the great work!

I find this them to be very over rated. The place is cool and gives me a good destination for a bike ride. Buns are home made but that doesn't change the fact that they are awful. Don't order any kind of sandwich because buns turn to mush. Crusty buns is what they need for saucy meat. Not cheap wonder bread hamburger style buns. Food over all is not bad but not the best as so many reviews on here suggest. Too expensive for the quality of the meat. Classic throw tons of sauce on it and nobody will know the difference. Also classic way better a few years ago when they first opened. I would give them 5 stars for uniqueness but value for money is not there. Hence my 3 star review.

All the great things I've heard were confirmed. Unique BBQ experience, you can smell the smokers coming into town.
The ordering process was simple, pick your meat and pay by the pound. Lots of selection, even able to accommodate my celiac mother in law(gluten free). Meat had a great pink ring, super flavourful. Brisket was melt in your mouth and Ribs were a perfect tear. A wonderful scenic drive to boot! Wont be disappointed!

The best and I mean best BBQ that I have had anywhere in the Peterborough Area. I recommend anyone and everyone that loves a beautifully smoked juicy rack of pork back ribs and beef brisket this is the place to go. Always packed full with customers and the staff are just amazing! Everyone feels welcome when they walk in and the staff are as friendly as can be. Price is perfect for the amazing quality of food that comes from this little hometown restaurant. Definitely worth a stop for any BBQ lover!!!

This is the place to go if you really want some meat. I'd never tried a burnt ends sandwich before, but it was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I got it! Side portions were a great size (maybe better for sharing even). The service was very chatty and familiar and welcoming. Their covid precautions seemed safe and they had cute DIY methods of making sure you didnt sit at an unsanitized outdoor table. Cant wait to fill up there again when I'm in the neighbourhood!
