Very helpful.
I had a problem with intermittent power loss and stalling with my 20 HP Suzuki EFI. Ian gave me a couple of sample bottles of StarTron engine cleaner, at no charge, to try out. It worked perfectly thus saving me the trouble of bringing in the motor. I will continue to use Haultain in the future.
Great service ,explained the problems that broke down the stern drive all so mentioned others that need to be addressed but ,would need extra time to do.
Planned for service over winter to have all issues repaired
They also solved my navigation light problem while Iwas waiting to get put back into the water.
