Although can be difficult to reach as he's so busy, once you do it's well worth it. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. Definitely knows his stuff.
And came wearing COVID mask.
Giving Frank 5 stars even with the difficulty reaching him in our urgent need for fridge repair, because he redeemed himself. To his credit, he did ultimately show up before anyone else could, on a Sunday morning and on time, so that shows his dedication to his customers.
